CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING

If you're unable to attend on any of the dates you indicated or if you wish to reschedule, please contact us via email at least 24 hours before the earliest date you selected. Your first reschedule for this exam booking is free, pending availability — if we can't find an opening on the date you request, we'll rebook you for the next available date. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the free reschedule and will incur a $10 rescheduling fee. Any additional reschedule requests for this booking will also incur a $10 fee.

Please make sure you initiate your request from the same email address you used to complete your original form. Requests to cancel or reschedule coming from a different email address will be ignored.

This is a 2-step process: the submission receipt confirms that your request reached our system, but the actual appointment confirmation usually arrives from Square Appointments within 24–48 hours. If we need to adjust availability or work out scheduling details, our staff may contact you directly by email or text.

Our availability checks and duplicate-booking safeguards help prevent overbooking. If you do not receive a second confirmation after 48 hours, please contact us via EMAIL or phone call (please leave a voice message if necessary) so we can look into it.

Please do not submit this form more than once for the same exam.
