I recently visited the EE Testing Center for the Comptia A+ core 1 test for a class I'm taking at El Camino College. Since it was my first time taking any tests for certifications I was extremely nervous. I had already done some googling around prior to coming here to see which testing centers had the most positive reviews and found that EE Testing Center was a highly rated center. This black owned business is owned by Joel and his wife. Prior to taking the test as I checked in I was greeted warmly but Joel and given a run down of how the test will be performed. Prior to my test which I was very happy to have passed Joel gave me some advice from his years in the industry. My entire experience from start to finish was not just about the test but also learning more about the IT field that I am currently planning to enter. Its clean, friendly, straight to the point. This was the worst experience ever. I arrived for the testabout 50 minutes early. No one was there. The place was shuttered and barren. I got out of my car walked through the alley and around the block. The website stated "closed" and that it wouldn't be open until the next day at 3pm. I called, no one answered, I left a message and went home. I thought there had been some kind of mistake. Fifteen minutes after my testing time the testing center called and asked where I was. I was counted as a no show and lost my money. Very poor service and communication.

First off, let me say that Joule is very welcoming and his testing center is as well. Very clean environment with many safety measures in place to make you feel comfortable on all levels. Joule, the owner of this establishment, has a great center for testing. Not only is the place clean, organized, and accessible, it has lockers for personal items, testing supplies, and a working restroom. He is very proactive and emails testers a detailed list of what to expect day of testing, which includes parking instructions and approvable id.
On the day of the exam, you receive a reminder text telling you about your appointment as well. There were about 11 stations in the testing room behind the main door. Earplugs are provided to silence the noise you may hear from other testers in the room or people in the lobby while the door’s open.
Joule was very thorough in his explanation of the day’s testing procedures. He’s such a friendly and supportive owner that wants all testers to feel comfortable so they can do a great job. Would highly recommend this place to anyone needing an authorized testing place.

I went to this testing center for my CPC test on Monday 7/8/2024. The proctor was very helpful, kind, and professional. Internet is super strong here, that made me feel I made the right decision not to take online test at my home. Restroom is clean and beautiful. There are parking to accommodate students, 8 spots in the designated space, I am not sure about another 3 outside the gate, but to be sure please park inside the gate. I will come back here when I qualify for the higher level of coding with more experience. Great place to take your exam. Mask is required so, please wear one before entering. They thoroughly go through what they expect from you as a test taker and I really appreciate how understanding they are. Parking is behind the liquor store strictly for test takers . Recommend highly

This is my second time coming to EE Testing Center and the experience was just as great as the first time. There was a bit of a line when I got there, but Joule was very attentive and helpful with the check-in process and I was able to start my test about 5 minutes after I got there. Will definitely come back soon!
