To schedule your Certiport exam, please complete this form and an administrator will contact you within 24 hours of submission. Certiport exams are available Tuesday through Friday starting at 1:00 PM. Saturday appointments are available on a limited basis and subject to confirmation by an administrator.

Your first choice. Exams are available Tuesday through Friday.
Your backup choice if the first is unavailable.

⚠  Saturday appointments are available on a limited basis and must be confirmed by an administrator. Please provide your preferred Tuesday–Friday dates above as a backup, and note your Saturday preference in the Additional Notes field below. An administrator will contact you to confirm availability.

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING

If you're unable to attend on any of the dates you indicated or if you wish to reschedule, please contact us via email at least 24 hours before the earliest date you selected in order to waive the cancellation/rescheduling fee.

Please make sure you initiate your request from the same email address you used to complete your original form. Requests coming from a different email address will be ignored.

If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of your submission, please contact us via EMAIL or phone call (please leave a voice message if necessary).
