If you have registered for a Certiport certification exam and need a testing location, complete this form to schedule your session at EE Testing Center. Our proctoring service is separate from your Certiport exam registration. Exams are available Tuesday through Friday starting at 1:00 PM. Saturday appointments are available on a limited basis — use the Weekend Date field if needed. Contact us for pricing information.

Candidates under 18: Certiport requires a parent/guardian consent form for minors as part of your exam registration. This is handled through Certiport directly, not through EE Testing Center — please confirm with Certiport that this is complete before your test date.

All exams below are proctored in person at EE Testing Center. If you need a remote/online-proctored Certiport exam instead, that's scheduled directly through Certiport's own remote proctoring — not through this form.

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING

If you're unable to attend on any of the dates you indicated or if you wish to reschedule, please contact us via email at least 24 hours before the earliest date you selected in order to waive the cancellation/rescheduling fee.

Please make sure you initiate your request from the same email address you used to complete your original form. Requests coming from a different email address will be ignored.

This is a 2-step process: the submission receipt confirms that your request reached our system, but the actual appointment confirmation usually arrives from Square Appointments within 24–48 hours. If we need to adjust availability or work out scheduling details, our staff may contact you directly by email or text.

If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of your submission, please contact us via EMAIL or phone call (please leave a voice message if necessary).
