CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
If you're unable to attend on any of the dates you indicated or if you wish to reschedule, please contact us via email at least 24 hours before the earliest date you selected, in order to waive cancellation/rescheduling fee of $10.
Please make sure you initiate your request from the same email address you used to complete your original form. Requests to cancel or reschedule coming from a different email address will be ignored.
We will notify you of the next steps (if any) shortly after we receive your request.
If you do not receive a confirmation (from Square Appointments) within 24 hours of your submission, please contact us via
EMAIL or phone call (please leave a voice message if necessary) to let us know,and we'll investigate and make sure your appointment is in our system.
